30 GBP deposit required to secure your appointment due to a high number of clients cancelling at the last minute or not turning up to their appointments.
This ensures my hair treatments remain affordable and available to all clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY

My cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours for everyone.
If you're willing to cancel your appointment, please make sure to inform me (Call / SMS / WhatsApp / Telegram) at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Failure to do so will make your deposit a non-refundable, as it will be used to partially cover my losses.

This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable should you cancel within 48 hours for your appointment.
All deposits will be used as part payment towards your final bill.

Please, understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I'm missing the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Choose your booking time wisely. Please, make sure that the booking time you choose won't impact your busy timetable.
